Development Process
Logikal Code follows a standard development process, which consists of the following phases:
- Analyze: Every project starts with an interview meeting. Logikal Code takes the time to understand the client’s needs and objectives and how best to achieve them.
- Design: Two templates are designed based on the initial client interview. They are all designed with easy navigation and clean lines.
- Green light: Once you have had a chance to review both templates, we set up a meeting to review the options and discuss the modifications you might like to make to your template of choice.
- Develop: The development phase includes the creation and modification of the website and existing code. During this phase we may have to revisit the design phase in order to get past hurdles that only become evident once the development has started. This is why it is very important that Logikal Code and the Client are in close contact so that if the need arises to make changes to how we will accomplish the goals we will be able to react quickly and not compromise the overall project timeline.
- Test: After each development phase and each major step in the process, appropriate testing will take place. This will include testing the different popular web browsers with the site to ensure that the viewing experience is consistent and as expected. Testing of the pre-existing functionality will also take place to ensure that as we add and change the site nothing gets broken or left behind.
- Implementation: Once the final draft has passed approval, a full implementation plan will be followed to ensure that not only is the website up and running, but that all functionality is working correctly and that the content maintenance is in accordance with the initial design.
- Results & Analytics: Every website is setup with a Google Analytics account so clients can get to know their visitors and measure key performance indicators.
- Support: Logikal Code will offer support and maintenance to the new site if required after an initial window agreed upon by both parties.
